Preparing for birth can feel exciting, overwhelming, and everything in between, and that's exactly why we offer Birth Advisor Sessions. These one-on-one conversations are a chance for you (and your partner) to feel heard, ask questions, and explore hopes for birth in a safe, supportive space. Together, we'll walk through your options, simplify the information, and make sure you feel confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

$50 an hour- tailored to you and your needs

As a dedicated birth doula, my mission is to provide compassionate, empowering support to families as they prepare for one of the most transformative moments of their lives--birth. I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

 I believe that every expectant mother deserves to feel heard, supported, and respected as they bring life into the world. My services include prenatal visits where we discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, pain management options, and prepare for the birthing process together. 

During labor, I offer hands-on techniques such as massage, positioning guidance, breathing support, and emotional encouragement to help reduce stress and promote a calm, positive birth environment.

 After birth, I continue to offer support through postpartum check-ins, providing guidance with newborn care, emotional wellness, and adjusting to life with a new baby. 

My approach is nonjudgmental, inclusive, and deeply rooted in the belief that informed choices and continuous support lead to more satisfying birth experiences. Whether planning a hospital birth, or home birth experience, I am there to walk alongside families with encouragement, advocacy, and care. I celebrate all birth journeys and am honored to witness the strength and beauty of each person I support. With a calm presence and evidence-based knowledge, I help parents feel confident, prepared and empowered. Birth is not just a physical event- it's an emotional, mental, and spiritual experience, and my role as a doula is to help families navigate that journey with trust and support. Every family's story is unique, and it is my privilege to help shape those stories with dignity, compassion, and unwavering presence.
